TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION “VINTAGE NATIONAL TEAM T-SHIRT – CERVEZAS VICTORIA”
1.- ORGANIZER AND PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION
CERVEZAS VICTORIA 1928, S.L. (hereinafter CERVEZAS VICTORIA), with Tax ID No. B66484528, with registered address in Málaga, Avda. Velázquez, No. 215, organizes a promotion called "VINTAGE NATIONAL TEAM T-SHIRT – CERVEZAS VICTORIA" (hereinafter, the "PROMOTION"), with the purpose of encouraging responsible consumption and promoting the dissemination of the products marketed under the Cervezas Victoria Málaga brand, owned and registered by S.A. DAMM. The following Legal Terms and Conditions shall govern the aforementioned promotion.
2.- TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION AND ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
The PROMOTION is aimed at end consumers who acquire 25 neck labels from 33cl bottles of the Cervezas Victoria brand in participating hospitality establishments.
Persons over 18 years of age residing in Spanish territory may participate in the PROMOTION.
Employees of S.A. DAMM, distributors, relatives, and any person directly or indirectly related to the creation and execution of the PROMOTION are expressly excluded from this PROMOTION.
Entries that do not meet the established requirements or any of them will be automatically discarded, even if they result in winners.
3.- PROMOTION PERIOD
The PROMOTION will begin on April 15, 2026 and will end on July 17, 2026, both dates inclusive. Entries will not be accepted after the aforementioned end date.
4.- PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PRIZES
The end consumer must redeem 25 codes on the website https://www.cervezavictoria.es/promoseleccion2026. Each of these codes can be found on the neck label of Cervezas Victoria 33cl beer bottles sold from April 15, 2026 onwards.
The first 10,000 end consumers who redeem the 25 codes will be able to obtain a vintage Spanish National Team T-shirt with a 2-star patch. Of these, 3,000 size M, 4,500 size L and 2,500 size XL, each valued at 19.05 euros.
From end consumer number 10,001 onwards, all valid entries will enter into a draw for 10,000 vintage T-shirts. Of these, 3,000 size M, 4,500 size L and 2,500 size XL, each valued at 19.05 euros.
This draw will take place on July 22, 2026 before a Notary Public.
Winners through the direct mechanism who cannot obtain their selected size due to stock depletion may choose between selecting an alternative available size or waiving the prize and entering the draw.
During the code redemption procedure on the promotional website, the following data will be requested: email address, full name, address, province, postal code, date of birth, contact telephone number and T-shirt size (M, L or XL).
Once the winners have been selected, they will be contacted from July 27 to August 7, 2026 via the email address provided during promotion registration. If the prize is not claimed within a period of 72 hours from the sending of the email informing them that they are a winner, CERVEZAS VICTORIA reserves the right to obtain additional winners or alternatively may declare the prize void and dispose of it as it deems appropriate. Each consumer may receive a maximum of 2 T-shirts, whether obtained through the direct mechanism or by draw.
CERVEZAS VICTORIA reserves the right to request the 25 original neck labels. If they have been tampered with, photocopied, previously used or fail to meet any requirement, the user will lose the right to the prize.
The prize will be delivered through a single delivery attempt via the courier company designated by CERVEZAS VICTORIA, which in this case will be Districenter (logistics operator), using the data provided by the winner. If delivery cannot be completed for reasons not attributable to CERVEZAS VICTORIA (such as absence of the recipient, inability to contact, incorrect address, etc.), the prize will be returned to the sender.
In such case, the winner will be responsible for personally collecting the prize at the location indicated by the logistics operator Districenter, in the event that the courier company is unable to deliver the prize to the requested address, within the communicated period.
Any inquiry or claim regarding the parcel collection point indicated by the logistics operator Districenter must be made to the contact details provided by said company at the time the delivery attempt fails. If said period elapses without the prize being collected at the point indicated by the logistics operator, it will be understood that the winner waives it, with no obligation to make a new delivery or provide any compensation.
6.- LIABILITY
CERVEZAS VICTORIA shall not be responsible for incidents caused by failures in the computer program, force majeure events or any other event beyond its control. Nor shall it be responsible for the impossibility of registering any user due to errors in the capture of their personal data.

8.- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Through the promotional mechanics described, and in compliance with applicable regulations, participants are informed that the data of the promotion participants will be processed by CERVEZAS VICTORIA 1928, S.L. for the purpose of managing the promotion and assigning prizes to the corresponding winners.
Likewise, by completing the promotion form, the participant gives their express consent for the processing of their personal data in order to manage, attend and provide the requested services in accordance with the information provided at the time of registration in the promotion regarding purpose, legal basis and data recipients.
Fields marked with an asterisk in the aforementioned form are strictly necessary in order to participate in the promotion.

9.- RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS
S.A. DAMM reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the PROMOTION for technical reasons or reasons beyond its control. It may also declare the PROMOTION null and void in the event of detecting irregularities in the participants’ data.
10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The promotion is governed by the legislation in force in Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals. S.A. DAMM reserves the right to take legal action against acts of manipulation or falsification of the PROMOTION.
11.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any statement to the contrary will result in the exclusion of the participant from the PROMOTION, releasing S.A. DAMM from its obligations.
The terms and conditions are deposited before the Notary of the Illustrious Official Notarial Association of Barcelona, Mr. Jose-Alberto Marín Sánchez, located in Barcelona, calle Diputació, 268, entresuelo, and are available in the Ábaco registry (Notarial Archive of Competition Terms).
